Stop – Stop the screen going up or down

Down – Lower the Screen

The screen will automatically stop when it reaches the bottom or top.

Projection Switch

This is mounted on the desk next to the Lectern.

On/Off – Turns the projector on or off.  Please give it a moment to fully turn on.  The button will be brighter based on the state it should be.

Computer – This will have the projector show what is on the lectern computer.  If this button is brighter (As shown here), the projector is on the Lectern computer.

VGA – This will have the projector show what is connected to the VGA connection on the switch.  The cable should be under the lectern monitor. If this button is brighter, the projector is on the VGA connection.

HDMI – This will have the projector show what is on the HDMI connection on the switch.  The HDMI cable should be under the lectern monitor. If this button is brighter, the projector is on the HDMI connection.

Mute – This button will mute the audio coming from either the Lectern computer or the computer hooked up via HDMI.  Mute is on when the button is brighter (As shown here).

Display for Lectern

Due to the nature of the projector, you may need to configure the display specifically for your needs on your first use.

You should go to 'Menu' and type 'Display', selecting the 'Display' application.

If you wish to have the projector show the same screen as your monitor, you will want to select the 'Mirror Display'.

Otherwise, you can leave it as it is, noting the projector display will be either LEFT or RIGHT of your monitor (depending on your settings) to drag what you wish to display.
