UCSB Professional Women's Association is hosting our 2025 Professional Development Conference, on Friday, May 9th at Loma Pelona Center. The annual PWA conference is a day packed with speakers and workshops to empower and encourage you to advance in your career, at UCSB and beyond! Our sought-after presenters will lend their knowledge and expertise to help you build essential skills and advocate for yourself and your community.

Registration is now open to May 8th.
PWA could not host this conference each year without the amazing help from volunteers. From set up in the morning, registration, answering questions, and being a room monitor for a variety of workshops, we have several opportunities for dedicated volunteers to be a part of this big day.
Our volunteers receive free admission to the conference, which includes light refreshments, lunch, and post-conference social & networking opportunity. Volunteering is a great opportunity to work closely with and find out if you're interested in joining the PWA Steering Committee!
