RE: UCSB’s New Timekeeping System Is Now Live – UKG Pro WFM

We are pleased to share that UCSB has successfully completed the transition to our new timekeeping system, UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), as of May 11.

What does this mean for you?

• All timekeeping activities should now be completed in UKG Pro WFM

• The legacy system, UKG Workforce Central (Kronos), is no longer in use for time entry or approvals

• Departmental timekeepers and payroll staff are available to assist as needed

What’s next?

• If you haven’t yet explored the new system, we encourage you to log in at http://timekeeping.ucsb.edu and become familiar with the new layout

• Training materials and job aids remain available to help guide you through common tasks in UKG Pro WFM:

  • Timekeeping Employee Curriculum

  • Timekeeping Manager Curriculum

  • Timekeeping Knowledge Base 

• Any feedback or issues can be directed to your department’s Payroll Manager or Timekeeper
