Where is the Help Desk located?
At this time, the help desk does not have a "walk in" office.
Please contact us at help@engineering.ucsb.edu and schedule a time to meet with one of the support personnel.

Our support personnel is supporting the entire College of Engineering and we are only available at the following schedule:
Weekdays Only
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
No Support Available after hours, weekends, or holidays.
