Can't Access my OneDrive

Problem

You are trying to access your OneDrive Account with your @umail.ucsb.edu account.

Solution

As of August 2018, the University UMail service has migrated over to UCSB Connect (https://connect.ucsb.edu) and is no longer running on Microsoft Office 365.

ECI has no support with regards to the UMail or has any access to Microsoft Office 365 to help with any issues with regards to this, however we would recommend you contact UMail Customer Support which is listed at http://www.umail.ucsb.edu/help.
