titleYou can't reset your password with your UCSBNetID

If you have an engineering account, the likely cause is due to your account may not have gotten a UCSBNetID associated with it.  Please contact help@engineering.ucsb.edu and provide them the following:

  • CoE Account Username
  • Your UCSBNetID Username only
  • State you are unable to do the password reset.

We will fix your account so you will be able to use the password reset process and contact you when you should be able to try again.
