Unfortunately, neither Engineering Computing Infrastructure (ECI), nor the College of Engineering (CoE) has direct access to issues with UCSBNetID. We only use UCSBNetID with regards to an account creation for a CoE Account and Password Resets, but have no means to address issues with your UCSBNetID in general. If you have issues with UCSBNetID, we recommend you try the following:

If you have an engineering account, the likely cause is due to your account may not have gotten a UCSBNetID associated with it. Please contact help@engineering.ucsb.edu and provide them the following:
