Unfortunately, neither Engineering Computing Infrastructure (ECI), nor the College of Engineering (CoE) has direct access to issues with UCSBNetID.

We only use UCSBNetID with regards to an account creation for a CoE Account and Password Resets, but have no means to address issues with your UCSBNetID in general.

If you have issues with UCSBNetID, we recommend you try the following:

• Try and verify your UCSBNetID at https://secure.identity.ucsb.edu/netid_diags/ or https://im.ucsb.edu/idm/manage
• Try contacting Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) at http://www.identity.ucsb.edu/help
