Q: I would like to collaborate with people at UCSB but who are not part of the College of Engineering. Is this possible?

A: YES! The reason our version of github.ucsb.edu was replaced by one run by ITS/ETS is so that anyone at UCSB can collaborate regardless of college, major or department.
