How do I report a Wireless Outage

At this time, ECI can only provide 'best effort support' in setting up or verifying your wireless connection as referenced here.

Campus wide issues are usually posted at: https://status.ucsb.edu/


ECI does not directly support issues with the Wireless Network within the Engineering Buildings.

The wireless network is the UCSB Campus Wireless Network, which is supported by the Office of Information Technology's Network Operation Center (OIT NOC).

If you are experiencing problems with the Wireless Network, such as:

  • No signal
  • Intermittent Connection
  • Network Slowness
