The controls are on the wall behind the lectern.
Screen
Screen Down - Lowers Projection Screen
Screen Up - Raises Projection Screen.
The screen will automatically stop when it is completely down or up.
Display
On - Turns on the projector.
Off - Turns off the projector - You must press and hold the button for it to turn the projector fully off.
The projector takes a minute or two to cool down if you turn it off.
Please wait a couple of minutes before trying to turn on the projector.
The On/Off button will be brightly lit for whether the projector is On or Off.
Projector Switch Controls
VGA - When this button is brightly lit, the projector will project whatever is connected to the VGA cable.
HDMI - When this button is brightly lit, the projector will project whatever is connected to the HDMI cable.
Audio
Audio can be controlled by the dial as well as the computer’s volume control. We suggest that the laptop’s volume be adjust first then turning up the volume on the control box accordingly.
At the end of presentation
Please turn off the projector by pressing and holding the Off button.
The Projector screen should go up automatically and in the Display area on the Extron, the Off button should be brightly lit.
