Problem

You are trying to get to UCSB Connect/GMail and are unable to connect to it.

Solution

Unfortunately, ECI has no control over being able to connect to UCSB Connect/GMail or any of the Google Services.

The best people to contact with regards to this is Enterprise Technology Service Center at http://etsc.ucsb.edu/

Most Google Related Service issues would be looked into by Enterprise Technology Services as they are the major provider on campus collaborating with Google to provide such services.
