What other addresses do I have on my UCSB Connect Account?
Purpose
This article covers how to determine what other email addresses you have with UCSB Connect.
How to find out
Log onto the UCSB Connect Account at UCSB Connect Web App.
You will want to click on the gear (
) icon near the upper right hand corner to call up Settings.
From there, click on Accounts.
Under the section Send mail as:, you will see the listing of the various email aliases associated with your UCSB Connect Account.
Campus policy does not allow for you to add aliases or add other *.ucsb.edu domains to avoid potential issues or conflicts with other departments on campus.
You should contact the Department MSO with regards to adding an additional alias to your UCSB Connect Account for the appropriate domain.
ECI will only add aliases appropriate for the account designation or at the Department's MSO request.
