Update 2022-10-19 - The work for service resumption continues. Technical teams are rebuilding the virtual infrastructure and restoring impacted systems. Unfortunately, the following services are still unavailable:

UCPath Operational Data Store
Connect MX and MTA services are also affected by the current outage. This includes any Connect "Delivery Alias" addresses and domains that have not switched their MX records to Google-first mail routing. Email delays could be expected.
